Dr. Ronald David Dean, 64, of Whitefish, Montana, was billed by data with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with a telemedicine scheme. As alleged in the data, Dean was paid out by a telemedicine enterprise to indicator orders for durable health-related machines that people didn't need to have. Dean then fraudulently charged Medicare an
